The Commander, Marine Environmental Protection Command (MEPCOM), CG VADM ROBERT N PATRIMONIO presided the Turnover Ceremony of the MEP Staff for Logistics, M-4 and Headquarters Support Group (HSG) – MEPCOM aboard Headquarters, MEPCOM, Coast Guard Base Farola, Binondo, Manila on 01 September 2023.
CG LCDR JANINE T GUEVARRA turned over her duties and responsibilities as MEP Staff for Logistics, M-4 to CG LT CLYDE JADE M BANGGOLAY. Likewise, CG LCDR JANINE T GUEVARRA assumed her new position as Commanding Officer, Headquarters Support Group – MEPCOM receiving the helm from its outgoing Commanding Officer, CG ENS JERSOME L ESTIOKO, as the latter assumes position as the new Deputy Commander of MEPForce North Eastern Mindanao.
CG LCDR JANINE T GUEVARRA and CG ENS JERSOME L ESTIOKO received the award of Coast Guard Superior Achievement Medal and Ribbon for effectively leading MEP Staff for Logistics, M-4 and Headquarters Support Group – MEPCOM.
CG VADM ROBERT N PATRIMONIO then congratulates all the main actors of the event and closed the ceremony by encouraging all officers and non-officers to let everyone explore to develop skills and gain experience for personal and professional growth.
