LOOK: MEPCOM conducted its two (2) day Second Quarter PFT spearheaded by Commander, MEPCOM, CG VADM ROBERT N PATRIMONIO at Headquarters Coast Guard Fleet Parade Ground, last 20 and 21 July 2023.
The PFT is composed of 3.2-kilometer run, push-ups, sit-ups, sit and reach to evaluate the personnel’s strength, flexibility, speed, and endurance. The purpose of this activity is to ensure that all MEPCOM personnel are in good physical condition and possess the necessary strength and endurance to safely carry out their duties and responsibilities in the service.
