The Marine Environmental Protection Command (MEPCOM) conducted its two (2) day 3rd Quarter Physical Fitness Test (PFT) at Coast Guard Fleet Parade Ground last 20 and 21 September 2023.
The purpose of this activity is to ensure that all MEPCOM personnel are in good physical condition and possess the necessary strength and endurance to safely carry out their duties and responsibilities in the service. This is achieved by conducting quarterly Physical Fitness Tests to assess and promote the fitness and overall physical well-being of MEPCOM personnel through a series of exercises.
