LOOK: The Marine Environmental Protection Command (MEPCOM) participated in the three-day Blue Economy Annual Trade and Conference (BEACON) 2023 held at SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City last 06 to 08 September 2023.
The Marine Science Investigation Force (MSIF) and the National Operation for Oil Pollution (NOCOP) join forces to present a comprehensive showcase of their equipment, capabilities, and functions of the command. This three-day exhibition provides a static display, offering an in-depth look at their resources and expertise in the maritime sector.
With the theme, “Philippine Blue Economy – Insights and Foresights,” BEACON 2023 aimed to enhance the well-being of the Philippine maritime sector, stimulate its growth, and ensure safety by improving information sharing, fostering collaboration, and promoting coordinated efforts among all stakeholders in the maritime industry.
