The Chief of Indonesian Coast Guard (BAKAMLA), Vice Admiral Aan Kurnia, S. Sos., M.M, paid a courtesy call to the Commander, Marine Environmental Protection Command CG RADM ROBERT N PATRIMONIO, aboard Headquarters, Marine Environmental Protection Command, Coast Guard Base Farola, Muelle dela Industria Farola, Binondo, Manila, last 27 June 2022.
The officers of the BAKAMLA were given a tour of MEPCOM’s facilities, specifically the Marine Science Investigation Force Laboratory. They were also given a brief overview of MEPCOM’s functions and capabilities by the Chief of MEP Staff, CG CAPT XERXES PROCESO B FERNANDEZ.
During the visit Rear Admiral I Putu Arya Angga S, DRS, Deputy of Information, Legal, and Cooperation BAKAMLA; Coast Guard Captain Wisnu Pramandita, S.T., M.M., Head of Public Relations of Indonesia were also present together with the senior officers of MEPCOM; CG COMMO ARTURO HOTILLO E CORNELIO, Deputy Commander, MEPCOM and CG CAPT FIDELES D SALLIDAO, Director, NOCOP.
