07 DECEMBER 2021 – Marine Environmental Protection Command (MEPCOM) thru Marine Environmental Protection Training Center (MEPTC) conducted the Joint Virtual Graduation Ceremony of Basic MEP Officer’s Course Cl 03- 2021 and Basic MEP Non- Officer’s Course Cl 02- 2021 with CG RADM ROBERT N PATRIMONIO, Deputy Commander, MEPCOM, as Presiding Officer at the Shaded Area HMEPCOM, Coast Guard Base Farola, Muelle Dela Industria, Binondo, Manila on 07 December 2021 via ZOOM Platform.

The graduates of the Basic MEP Course are composed of seventeen (17) Officers and twenty-five (25) Non-Officers. The said course is designed to inculcate the core knowledge of Marine Environmental Protection principles and doctrines to the students, to ensure their effectiveness and competency in performing MEP duties and responsibilities.
