18 January 2022 – The Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command facilitated the virtual Joint Ceremony of Donning and Oath-Taking of newly Commissioned Officers and Oath taking of the newly appointed PCG Personnel which was presided by Commandant, Philippine Coast Guard CG ADM LEOPOLDO V LAROYA. The newly appointed CG ENSIGNS who are assigned at HMEPCOM took their Oath as administered by Presiding Officer via virtual platform whilst the pinning of the ranks at HMEPCOM was presided by CG VADM ROLANDO LIZOR N PUNZALAN JR Commander, MEPCOM; CG CAPT FIDELES D SALLIDAO, Director, NOCOP with CG CDR CHERRYL D BOBLO, Deputy, NOCOP which was held at the Wardroom, HMEPCOM, Coast Guard Base Farola, Binondo, Manila.

The Command would like to congratulate its eight (8) newly Commissioned Officers for their achievements and this momentous event in their careers.

Commander, MEPCOM emphasized that the newly appointed Officers deserved the Commissionship, but they must earn it.

CG ADM LEOPOLDO V LAROYA Commandant, Philippine Coast Guard delivered his inspirational message and words of encouragement to all newly Commissioned Officers and appointed PCG personnel during the Donning and Oath-Taking Ceremony.

The newly commissioned MEP Officers rendered their oath to the Presiding Officer, Commandant, PCG which was facilitated by the CG HRMC via virtual platform held at the Wardroom, HMEPCOM, Coast Guard Base Farola, Binondo, Manila.

CG CAPT FIDELES D SALLIDAO Director, NOCOP facilitated the pinning of shoulder boards to the newly CG ENSIGN NOLI F DELIARTE. He was assisted by CG CDR CHERRYL D BOBLO, Deputy Director, NOCOP.

CG VADM ROLANDO LIZOR N PUNZALAN JR pinning the shoulder board of newly Commissioned CG ENS EMMANUEL V MINGO who is currently assigned in MEP Staff for Human Resource Management, M1 during the Donning Ceremony.
