02 January 2022 – Marine Environmental Protection Command provided personnel to render assistance during loading/unloading of relief goods in North Harbor Pier together with 2GO and Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corporation in coordination with Coast Guard Logistics System Command. The Task Force aims to ensure smooth, coherent, and organized relief operations to the typhoon-stricken Regions in the Visayas and Mindanao.
The Command emphasizes the strict observance of the minimum health standards during the activity such as wearing of face mask, in compliance with existing health protocols.
