CG RADM ROBERT N PATRIMONIO, Commander, Marine Environmental Protection Command presided over the hybrid joint turn over ceremony of MEPFOR BICOL, MEPFOR NELZN, MEP Staff for Operations, M3 and MEP Staff for Logistics, M4 last 05 September 2022 aboard Headquarters, Marine Environmental Protection Command.
CG LTJG ROMYGAIL A AMAT the outgoing Commander, MEPFOR Bicol turned over her duties and responsibilities to the incoming commander, CG ENS ALTON D NABUA. Additionally, CG ENS AMAT will continue her service as MEP Staff for Plans and Programs, M5.
Subsequently, CG ENS JOHN EDWARD V BERTILLO, outgoing Commander MEPFOR NELZN turned over his duties and responsibilities to CG ENS RAM JONES P MENDOZA as the incoming Commander, MEPFOR NELZN.
After the turnover of the MEPFORCE Commanders, CG LTSG ROLAND A BARIA, turned over his duties and responsibilities as MEP Staff for Operations, M3 to CG LTJG EDRIAN N TABARANGAO.
Lastly, CG ENS MICHAEL P DIVINO turned over his duties and responsibilities as MEP Staff for Logistics, M4 to the CG LCDR JANINE T GUEVARRA as the incoming MEP Staff for Logistics, M4. CG ENS DIVINO is now the newly designated MEP Staff for Training and Doctrine, M12.
CG RADM ROBERT N PATRIMONIO Commander, Marine Environmental Protection Command, concluded the event by sharing that MEPCOM Personnel should dutifully perform the organizationโs mandates so that the Filipino people will know the importance of the Philippine Coast Guard in protecting the country and more especially the marine environment.
