CG VICE ADMIRAL ROBERT N PATRIMONIO PCG, Commander of Marine Environmental Protection Command (MEPCOM) presided the turn-over ceremony for the Office of the Deputy Commander of the Marine Environmental Protection Command at the Coast Guard Base Farola, Muelle dela Industria Binondo, Manila last Monday, 06 March 2023.

CG REAR ADMIRAL HOSTILLO ARTURO EGAY CORNELIO PCG properly turned-over his duties and responsibilities as the outgoing Deputy commander MEPCOM to the new Deputy commander MEPCOM CG COMMODORE TEOTIMO REGATON BORJA JR.

In his message, CG RADM CORNELIO expressed his gratitude to MEPCOM for the support he received during the one-year period he served as the Deputy Commander. CG RADM CORNELIO will be moving on full time as the Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon.

The said event was also graced by CG VICE ADMIRAL ROLANDO LIZOR N PUNZALAN JR, Deputy Commandant for Operations and CG COMMODORE LOWIE A PALINES, Coast Guard Ecumenical Chaplain Service Commander.
